- Staffie X Tiger Diagnosed with AIHA
Adam, What a long journey you had in finding the cause of Tiger illness. everyone one on this post is wonderful… how they helped me with Hayley… was I mess but soon learned that all the ones on this forum really cared and knew and taught me how to care for Hayley… I had never even heard of IMHA but dear Patrice ( was Hayley’s silent angel) before I even asked a question she had given the answer.. and Sheena lifted me up so very many time and Vally was always there and her little bingo made me smile so very much… he does the most sweetest things he’s such a happy boy and Linda she will keep you up and cares so much you will never have to carry this stress that you have to face with your dear Tiger. And we all need a shoulder to lean on many times.my Hayley’s story is up on Hayley’s post. I hope this will give you much hope Hayley was 7.9 years when she was hit with IMHA w/pcv @8% before transfusion and she was very slow to get to a safe place and she is a 2 lb. chi now 11 years old and doing wonderful. The IMHA babies can go into remission as there is not a cure but can stay in remission and live a long life. I am wishing the very best for your Tiger and wishing you the best. Lynn & Hayley
