- sorry to be out of contact!
Lynda,
Thank you for saving another life. It’s so hard to lose them, yet there are so many out there just waiting for a loving home to realize their wonderful potential. Bless you bless you…Bella was meant to be with you. :) Mabel will find her forever home too. Very soon.
Terri and Koda
Hi Lynda. So glad to read about Bella. I know Dora is going to love having a companion and it sounds as if they are hitting it off wonderfully.
Don’t beat yourself up about Mabel. The ‘pack’ mentality is not to be taken lightly. I am so glad you picked up on this so fast. She will find a wonderful forever home, where she is a sole pooch and do great, I’m sure. If she caught your eye and heart, she will do this again for a forever parent, for sure.
I’m just glad you reached out again and found Bella. As all have said, there are so many dogs that need homes. I too, want to save them all. I pick up stays way too often (just picked one up last week, the sweetest of all pit bull – but we found her owner, thank goodness).
Bella most certainly already knows this, but she is the luckiest of pups! Congratulations to the extension of your fur family!! And I love that she has the arena to rump in with Dora AND that she is affectionately adorning Shona’s toys. I swear, they do know things we can’t even begin to understand – far smarter and ‘knowing’ than we humans! Welcome Bella!
Pics would be nice when you’re up to it. Much love and huge hugs,
Linda and Sadie
Dear Lynda
How are you doing? I’m sorry to hear that Mabel didn’t work out, but I love the way that Brigitte put it, and I have no doubt she will soon be in her perfect home. It’s great that you recognised the problem so soon and took action. Welcome Bella! It’s lovely to hear she has been settling in with Dora, and cuddling up with Shona’s toys. I will look forward to seeing some pictures :)
Lots of love,
Mary and Mable x
