Hi all. First of all, Joe, it is always so nice to see your posts. I know it’s hard for you still. I hope you continue to post often, as you have so much knowledge and empathy – there’s much good you can do here. I hope that Nauset is doing well. I think of you both often.

Sadie just had another PCV today. It was 47. I was happy, but not idiot-grinning as last PCV (50). Today, two weeks later – 47 – we’ll take it. :) She seems to be hanging in and that’s awesome to me. Her demeanor gets better daily – which totally amazes and thrills me to know end.

I owe a pic of Sadie in her glasses, I know. :)

PCV 47 is great – really good! If she is acting better, she must be feeling fine – I love the picture of her at the top of this thread – it makes me smile every time I see it. What doses is she down to now?

47 – grab it. I never ever trust those ultra high PCVs. They’re just there to make you worry the next time. Sadie girl you’re just awesome. Linda, you’ve done okay too :)

It is fabulous to see all those little things getting better and better.

Thanks Sheena and Vally. Yes, I am still amazed she’s doing so well. And I agree Vally – don’t trust the give/take either. Had it dropped drastically, then I’d worry. But she’s acting good, pink tongue and even her fur is softer and shinier.

Sheena, Sadie’s on 5MG Prednisone in the AM and 1MG in the PM, 6MG daily. She’s now on 10MG Atopica every four (4) days.

I will soon drop her prednisone to 5MG daily. You all have said, give her the one 5MG in the AM, nothing in the PM right? Scary.
