I think I have uploaded a picture of Ruby-but we will see if I have done it right!
hi everyone, hayley really does have a calcium deposit on her front leg but is is getting better . so i will still have her checked out her pcv is 50% and her hct is 49.50 &she is doing very well.i did not post her results but all other test are in very good normal range.i am just so thankful she has been able to have a long rest from all the meds as you all know she has been at her one year mark this july from meds.i do home cook still ani do use origin freeze dried treats as i have slowed down in making treats and these are great treats i only buy the 2oz. size at a time i get the cobb chicken and angus beef and the lamb. i really would like the freezed dried food by origin but affraid to make that switch with hayley any thoughts on this?i am just slowing down with getting older and don’t like cooking daily. as i love the food fresh for my gang.i guess i don’t want to rock the boat as hayley is doing very well and i know they never are cured just in remission.any feed back will listen soundly.thanks. lynn & hayley
Lynn, her PCV is just brilliant. She’s such a clever little girl. I’m glad the calcium deposit is improving.
With the freeze dried food, I’m the same. I had bought a whole box of Dr Billinghurst frozen BARF patties just before Bingo got sick. He became sick and I freaked out. Threw out the whole box – 20 packages of food – of course it wasn’t the food was it! Am thinking about getting some again. I would introduce it little by little. Maybe just a tablespoon at a time to start with then gradually add more.
vally , yes her blood work is very good very pleased and the calcium deposit well i deal with that off and on . the freezed dried foods scare me as they are raw diets and when we have IMHA we don’t like to rock the boat. but for my other girls i might try it and just cook as i do for only hayley. i get on pins and needles with change for hayley. and to shelly just got over her last cancer treatment not long ago a naturla diet might not be too bad for her as she lived many years n the wild before she came to our home and became our little girl i can’t wait to get my new computor hooked up but will have to get patrice to email the web page again as i tried to type it i got no where but added it to my favorites and just click on that. i want to put all my girls picture on.as i said hayley is small she is 2 pounds and looks like a rat with big tall ears her legs are the size of my little pinkie and i am 127 lbs not big myself.but i want you all to see her she such a dear so little and helpless looking.
Thank you Lynn and Vally. She was beautiful and I still miss her. That photo was taken the day she came home from her 5 day in hospital. It was a very happy day!
Hope we can carry on on here if necessary – have tried to upload photo of Worzel
