Hi Megan

It’s nice to hear the vet your using has a good reputation with others vets – her bedside manner seems to be the problem.  My specialist was a bit hot & cold when we contacted each other by e-mail & it makes you feel like a pest sometimes!  When we sent to see him, he was normally quite supportive, but I could tell he got a bit fed up with all my questions.  They are so busy & we are not the only people with sick dogs, I suppose. Hoping the new drug will help with her appetite – let us know how things are going.  And remember – azathioprine worked for Worzel, but you need to watch out for pancreatitis.  Thinking of you as always

I know it’s not much but Sophie’s PCV stayed at 15% this week, same as last week! I cried when they told me. Still not wanting to eat though…

Megan, it’s great that she’s stable.  That’s a big plus.  Has the cyclosporine (Atopica) been reduced?  Actually have any of the meds changed?

Vally, can you tell me which “reply” you clicked to post with?

If you click on the “reply” button on the post you want to respond to it will place your reply there, like I did when I replied to you. This way you can respond directly to someone when they make a comment or ask a question.

If you want to reply in general to the main topic, you would reply on the first page of the topic (which is now 4 pages) by scrolling to the bottom of the page and using the “reply” form. This will put the reply at the very bottom of all the replies that have been made. In this case it would go to the bottom of page 4.

You can tell the difference by looking where the “reply” is in your post. A reply to a specific post will show the “reply” in the lower right hand corner. A reply to the main topic will show the “reply” on the upper left hand side of the post.

No the vet wouldn’t change any of the meds and said the Atopica was the correct amount…
I wish she would eat, syringing food three meals a day is not enjoyable for either one of us.

Patrice, replying on the very bottom of the Megan & Sophie post now – something has happened with this post – the bottom 4 posts stay on the bottom and latest posts slip in above these 4. Testing now.

I do see this, the post #’s at the bottom are definitely older posts (look in details, for instance your reply is #1146 ) but still are dropping to the bottom. I am not sure why this is happening.

Maybe we should start a new topic for Megan so we won’t be so confused.

Many bbPress moderators restrict the number of posts to a finite number under a topic, I didn’t want to do that because I don’t want to interfere with your conversations.
