YAY!!! 46% is right where you want him to be. I told Coal and she barked at me. I am not sure if that was because she is happy for Elvis or she wants a treat. I am going to take it as happy!!! :)

Terri,
Just checking in to see how Elvis is doing. Any news? Any changes? I hope he is doing well and you have been able to get some rest. We are still holding you both in our hearts and praying.
Check in when you get a chance.

Hi Amy,
Elvis is doing very good. He is playing like a little puppy!!! I am lucky i work from home and I am able to be with him every day. He goes back to the internal specialist next week. But we are of course spoiling him!!! I will keep you posted. Hope all is good with your babies and thank you again for the support and kind words…

Hi Terri
So happy to hear Elvis is holding his own, the little cutie. Good luck for the next appointment – yes, please let us know as soon as you can how he gets on- we will all be thinking about you both & sending positive vibes.

Hi Terri. Sorry I have it been around – my dad is 100 and in good health, just 100 and at his home daily. So, I’m not here much these days.
I live in Tampa, so I know what you’re saying. Sadie IS on Heartgard, Plus, but only because after onset and three relapses, heart worms would most likely be fatal. I do as Dr. Dodds suggests, every 45 days. However, as Dr. Dodds suggests for you, wait until Elvis is at least 6 months old.
Sadie receives no flea/tick meds, of course. But I do use and have had great success with Diatomaceous Earth (Food Grade ONLY). I use Grandpa’s brand with an included dispenser and put it everywhere she lies, under the pad in her bed, on the carpets, under our bed (it’s high, her little fort). Sadie is jet black, so she often has the white powder residue on her, but that’s actually good. Great stuff. 😊
Sadie will never have vaccinations again, of course. She has not had any in four years. Just the heart worm, Tri-Heart, Plus every 45 days.
You are doing an awesome job! Elvis is where he is right now because of your persiverence and quick action. He is adorable! Keep on keeping on, Elvis!
Love and hugs, Linda and Sadie
