- Tilly update
I am relieved to say Tilly is holding steady between 44-46% thus the pred reduction continues. Instead of dropping to a quarter tab (1.25 mg) twice a day she’s going to take a half tab once a day. Eeek! At least she’ll get her cyclosporine and mycophenolate at night otherwise she’d look at me like I’m missing a very important step following our evening walk. Those Greenies Pill Pockets are a miracle for medicine delivery.
Once again thank you all for your well wishes, kind and supportive words and happy thoughts. I’m sending back your way!
Here is Tilly in the car – Tilly would rather stick her head out the window but overprotective mom won’t allow it
Erica
Tilly looks so happy, confortable & cute in the car. Lots & loads of good wishes with the reduction – what a great PCV! It’s hard not to worry, but you can put the dose up again if you really have to – take it slowly, slowly – that’s always the best way. Hoping all will continue nice & smoothly for her. Thinking of you both

That’s wonderful news Erica. Yes Tilly looks so cute. Good news and fingers crossed on the reduction.
Bingo sits in the back seat (usually with dad), with his head on dad’s lap with the world on his shoulders, shaking for the first 15 minutes of the trip. He hate’s the car. Can’t blame him really, the only place he has ever gone to in the car was to the vets.
Yes Bingo gets a “tablet” at night as well. He became used to getting his prednisone (wrapped in liverwurst) morning and night, so when we cut back on the night one, he still came looking for his tablet, so yes he still gets a “tablet” at night too.
Best wishes
